The place and its history
Descriptions of the Padun area identify Sosnovy Bor as a microdistrict. The city street register associates Vidnaya Street with it.
This entry preserves the local name without treating it as an independent administrative district. Sosnovy Bor and Sosnovy in the Central area are different territories, a useful distinction for addresses and residents’ accounts.
